DHL eCommerce in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager Functional Processes to design, implement, and continuously improve critical processes accelerating our DeC Americas 2030 ambition.

The role leads cross-functional initiatives with a focus on transformation, digital adoption, and leadership development across rotating assignments. The position demands strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with mobility to relocate domestically or internationally for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years consulting experience or 8+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-priority functional projects, strategic initiatives, and critical operational challenges across the function.
• Apply deep subject matter expertise to solve complex problems, develop solutions, and accelerate decision-making.
• Ensure consistent execution and governance of functional strategies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Step into critical roles during periods of transition, peak demand, or capability gaps to ensure business continuity and performance stability.
• Support functional transformation initiatives, including process improvements, digital adoption, and organizational change efforts.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement and scale process improvements ensuring effective adoption, clear communication, and sustainable outcomes.

The role strategically deploys top functional talent across priority initiatives, critical capability gaps, and transformation programs to ensure execution excellence. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years consulting experience or 8+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. First Choice or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong ability to align, influence, and mobilize teams across multiple initiatives without direct authority.
• Proven track record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong business acumen to assess performance and recommend improvements and efficiencies.
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work under pressure with resilience and adaptability.
• High degree of mobility and flexibility, including willingness to relocate domestically or internationally for rotational assignments.
