Job summary

DHL eCommerce in New York is seeking a Sr. Manager of Functional Processes to design, implement, and continuously improve core processes supporting the DeC Americas 2030 Ambition.

You will lead cross-functional teams on priority initiatives, deliver solutions, and ensure governance across the organization. You will drive transformation programs, mentor leaders, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years consulting experience or 8+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• First Choice or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-priority functional projects, strategic initiatives, and critical operational challenges across the function.
• Apply deep subject matter expertise to solve complex problems, develop solutions, and accelerate decision-making.
• Ensure consistent execution and governance of functional strategies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Step into critical roles during periods of transition, peak demand, or capability gaps to ensure business continuity and performance stability.
• Support functional transformation initiatives, including process improvements, digital adoption, and organizational change efforts.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to design, implement and scale process improvements.
