Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) / Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Functional Lead. You will guide the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of market transaction processes within Oracle CCS implementations and bridge business requirements with technical delivery.

You will lead functional workshops, mentor junior analysts, and coordinate workstreams across deregulated energy markets, including enrollment, switch, and billing determinant

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on functional experience with Oracle CC&B or CCS.
• 3+ years configuring and implementing the Market Transaction Framework (MTF).
• 1+ year leading functional workstreams on Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with US energy market regulations and Oracle CCS/CC&B modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years' work experience) or 6 years with an Associate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and configuration of the Oracle CCS Market Transaction Framework.
• Serve as the primary functional expert for market transaction processing across deregulated energy markets.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and design artifacts.
• Collaborate with integration architects to define market message formats and flows.
• Lead workshops, fit/gap analyses, and client walkthroughs.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, designs, configurations, and test cases.
