Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) / Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Functional Lead with deep expertise in the Market Transaction Framework (MTF). You will guide design, configuration, testing, and delivery of market transaction processes within Oracle CCS implementations, bridging business requirements and technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on functional experience with Oracle CC&B or Oracle Utilities CCS.
• Minimum of 3 years direct experience configuring and implementing the Market Transaction Framework (MTF).
• Minimum of 1 year leading functional workstreams on full-lifecycle Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience) or 6-year equivalent if associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and configuration of the Oracle CCS MTF and related market message processing.
• Serve as the primary functional expert for market transaction processing in deregulated energy markets.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and ensure alignment with CCS/CC&B standards.
• Collaborate with integration architects on market message formats and orchestration flows.
• Lead functional workshops, fit/gap analyses, and client walkthroughs.
• Provide guidance on MTF configuration, processing rules, and market participant setup.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, designs, configurations, and test cases.
• Support go-live readiness, cutover planning, and post-production support.
