Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking an experienced Oracle CCS/CC&B Functional Lead with deep Market Transaction Framework expertise to guide design, configuration, testing, and delivery of market transaction processes within Oracle Utilities CCS implementations.

You will bridge business requirements and technical delivery, collaborating with analysts, developers, and client stakeholders, and you will lead workshops and ensure traceability from requirements to test cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on functional experience with Oracle CC&B or Oracle Utilities CCS.
• Minimum 3 years configuring and implementing Market Transaction Framework (MTF).
• Minimum 1 year leading functional workstreams on full-lifecycle Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 12 years' work experience; Associate degree holders require 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and configuration of the Oracle CCS Market Transaction Framework, including inbound/outbound market message processing, transaction types, and business rules.
• Serve as the primary functional expert for market transaction processing across deregulated energy markets, including enrollment, switch, move-in/move-out, meter reads, and billing determinant exchanges.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, configuration documents, and system design artifacts aligned with Oracle CCS/CC&B standards.
• Collaborate with integration architects to define market message formats (EDI, XML, CSV) and orchestration flows between CCS and third-party market systems.
• Lead and facilitate functional workshops, fit/gap analyses, and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders.
