Overview

Job Title: Functional Solution Lead-Icertis

Location: Chicago, IL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Part Time

Pay Range: $65-72/hour

Summary

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. This role partners with cross-functional teams and an SI partner to define requirements, configure solutions, and integrate the CLM solution into existing workflows. It supports the broader CLM program, by overseeing the successful deployment, adoption, and user training of CLM across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment of CLM solution, providing support in implementation, execution, and adoption in the business
• Gather and translate requirements into functional specifications for technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders including Global Process Leads (GPLs)
• Work closely with SI partner and solution vendors to ensure smooth solution delivery and deployment as well as that solution effectively addresses organizational requirements
• Oversee support of user acceptance testing & configuration
• Act as CLM product owner, define sprint features and support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Act as a catalyst for change and organization readiness, promoting the adoption of new processes and solutions and assisting in the development of solution training materials, as required
• Monitor progress against key performance Indicators (KPIs) and escalate risks or issues to the CLM and GI Mod Program Leads as needed for timely resolution
• Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the technology solution design and implementation process
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Communicate regularly with program leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on technology solution development and implementation progress
