Job summary

Child Guidance Resource Centers seeks a Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Mental Health Clinician to deliver intensive home and community-based therapy for children and adolescents with social, emotional, or behavioral disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work.
• At least 1 year experience with children and families in mental health/education/child welfare/juvenile settings.
• Broad clinical practice in family, child, behavior, individual therapies, group counseling and crisis intervention/stabilization.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and participate in required supervision and consultation.
• Handle administrative duties including chart documentation, billing, and paperwork per licensure and funding guidelines.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client and family dynamics.
• Provide therapy services to promote exploration of personal and interpersonal dynamics.
• Develop measurable treatment goals with sustainable objectives for families.
• Record all case progress notes to maintain accurate histories.
• Meet program expectations regarding authorizations and productivity.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
