Job summary

Southwest Key Programs is seeking a Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Clinical Supervisor to oversee weekly home-based family therapy sessions and support the FFT team. The role requires maintaining schedules, documentation, and fidelity to FFT curriculums while coordinating with program leadership.

The supervisor will provide ongoing clinical consultation, ensure licensure maintenance, and participate in FFT training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in children and family services.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Handle with Care certification required by funder.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly home-based Functional Family Therapy sessions.
• Offer clinical guidance to Functional Family Therapists.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with program leadership and funders.
