Job summary

Southwest Key Programs is seeking a Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Clinical Supervisor to provide weekly home-based family therapy sessions and to guide the FFT team. You will supervise a Functional Family Therapist, ensure fidelity to FFT curricula, and participate in ongoing FFT training.

The role requires a Master's degree in social work or related field, at least one year of experience in children and family services, and the ability to coordinate care with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human services.
• At least 1 year of experience in children and family services.
• Must obtain Handle with Care certification and maintain licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry caseload as assigned.
• Provide home-based functional family therapy to families.
• Actively participate as part of the therapy team.
• Participate in ongoing FFT training and consultation.
• Refer families to appropriate services and supports.
• Maintain records and documentation per quality standards.
• Ensure regular attendance and timely communication across stakeholders.
