Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based intensive counseling to youth and families using the FFT model.
• Create and maintain HIPAA compliant FFT clinical files and documentation.
• Complete FFT assessments and notes in required systems and participate in staff trainings.
• Ensure FFT fidelity and adhere to contract requirements.
• Travel 25-50% of the time for home visits and engagements.
• Support youth with crisis intervention and safety planning.
