What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert in business requirements, system specifications, and process management
- Lead the identification and adoption of operational best practices and standard operating procedures
- Independently research and resolve complex business and technical issues
- Provide prompt and thorough resolution for client and member satisfaction
- Facilitate testing for new or improved systems or processes and lead User Acceptance Testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of work experience in business analysis, project management, and/or process improvement
- 3 years of functional experience in areas such as claims, eligibility, or benefits
- Proven client service skills with a strong track record in building client relationships
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior implementation experience in the healthcare sector
- Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical claims data and general medical claims data
- Previous experience in a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) environment
