Job summary

Catalyst Capital is hiring a hands-on Social Media Manager to own daily execution across its portfolio. You will publish for multiple brands, preserve distinct voices, grow engagement, and feed a data-driven sales funnel.

This role emphasizes fast, error-free delivery and tight alignment with brand guidelines. You will coordinate calendars, monitor comments and DMs, and drive launches and campaigns while ensuring content quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running social for multiple brands or a holding company.
• Strong writing ability with tone-switching across brands.
• Hyper-focused on detail: timeliness, quality assets, and brand consistency.
• Ability to translate analytics into concrete content improvements and pipeline impact.
• Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable navigating compliance guidelines.
• Deep understanding of how each platform works and their algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Publish daily across the portfolio, maintaining each brand's voice.
• Own the content calendar and coordinate with creative teams to ship assets on time.
• Engage with communities daily via comments and DMs to build real relationships.
• Lead launches, campaigns, and webinars with a data-backed approach.
• Review videos/graphics for quality and compliance before publishing.
• Produce weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
