Job summary

Pulse Advertising in the US seeks a Social Media Manager to own content for a portfolio of brands across FMCG, fashion, automotive, and more, from strategy to performance reporting. You will lead a small, fast-growing US team, coordinating with global Pulse experts and working remotely from New York City.

You will develop platform-native content, manage calendars and briefs, oversee production with freelancers and internal teams, and turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on social media management experience with proven brand results.
• Strong analytics across social platforms and reporting.
• Proficient with standard creative tools and AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategies for a US portfolio across TikTok, Instagram, and more.
• Lead end-to-end content planning—from calendars to approvals and publishing.
• Coordinate production with freelancers and internal teams; join shoots when needed.
• Serve as primary client contact, run status calls and QBRs.
• Translate performance data into insights and recommendations.
