Job summary

Yellow House Creative is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead campaigns for high-profile clients across New England, Florida and beyond. The role blends content creation with campaign strategy and team leadership in a fast-paced agency setting.

You will manage multiple accounts, produce platform-ready content, and drive analytics-driven decisions. Requires 5 years in social media management (including 2 years at an agency) and a strong content portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a social media management role, including at least 2 years at an agency.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media channels for multiple high-profile brands simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience managing internal teams and upstream client communications.
• Ability to travel and own transportation for regular on-site visits.
• Proficient in social media analytics, strategy, and emerging trends.
• Outstanding communication skills – outgoing and warm when needed, discreet and professional when required.
• Expertise in video editing and proficiency across current social media platforms.
• High-level organizational skills, autonomous work ethic, and an eagerness to embrace new challenges.
• Fluent or quick learner with Google Sheets for content calendars, Trello or Notion for project management, and basic-to-intermediate video editing tools.
• AI proficiency required – for ideation, research, content optimization, captions, and workflow speed.

Responsibilities

• Turn concepts into content – create work yourself while also providing direction and fostering talent on the team.
• Concept and produce short-form video content with platform-specific KPIs in mind.
• Prioritize and multitask across multiple client accounts, with a sharp instinct for urgent client needs and clear upstream communication.
• Continually raise the bar – seek signal-boosting opportunities and creative growth across every client channel.
• Contribute positively to our remote team environment with daily check-ins via Slack or Zoom.
• Manage internal team members and subcontractors against deadlines, brand standards, and client expectations.
