You will develop and manage content calendars, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice. Remote setup requires proactive independent work and familiarity with paid campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Proficient with social platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
• Experience managing paid campaigns is a plus.
• Remote work capable with self-discipline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
• Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor trends, insights, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities
• Analyze performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
• Manage organic & paid social campaigns and support influencer initiatives
• Stay current with platform updates and best practices
