Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a creative Marketing Specialist to own social media for a portfolio of B2B and B2C brands in the United States. This role is proactive and strategic, requiring you to bring ideas to the table and grow into a more senior partner over time.

You will manage day-to-day activity across Instagram, Facebook, Substack, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with content creation in Canva and CapCut, plus Substack maintenance and trend-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media marketing across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
• CapCut or similar video editing tool experience.
• Strong understanding of platform formats, algorithms and best practices.
• Experience with TikTok and Substack or similar newsletters.
• Proactive communicator who brings ideas forward without prompting.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, Substack, LinkedIn, and TikTok for a portfolio of B2B and B2C brands.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all active platforms with consistency, quality, and brand-specific tone.
• Manage content calendars across multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring no platform goes dark and no deadline is missed.
• Adapt messaging and creative approach for each platform and audience.
• Support the launch and growth of a new TikTok channel, helping establish the content direction, voice, and posting cadence.
• Design and produce social media graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form video content using Canva and CapCut.
• Edit and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Maintain brand-specific design templates and visual standards across all output.
• Repurpose existing content across platforms to maximize reach.
