Jobot is seeking a Fully Remote Legal Assistant to support attorneys with case management, intake calls, and client-file organization. The role requires strong legal knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year. Hybrid remote options are available, with benefits and a collaborative team culture. Applicants should have 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role.
• Proficient in Legal Research, Legal Assisting and intake calls.
• Strong organization and ability to maintain client files and schedules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with legal document drafting and filing is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist attorneys with case management, including drafting and filing legal documents.
• Conduct intake calls with clients and gather information for cases.
• Maintain and organize client files, including electronic and physical files.
• Schedule appointments and court appearances for attorneys.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for attorneys.
• Assist with billing and invoicing for clients.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.
