A leading research corporation based in Texas is seeking a Paralegal to manage case files, prepare essential documents, and ensure timely communication with clients and team members. This remote role requires a minimum of three years of experience in relevant legal fields and the ability to synthesize detailed information effectively. Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Baccalaureate Degree or ABA approved certification in paralegal studies required.
• Minimum three years of paralegal experience in product liability, medical malpractice or personal injury.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of assigned files and prepare materials for events.
• Evaluate files for missing materials and prepare files for deposition/trial.
• Manage case load using Matter Management System.
