The ideal candidate will support IT infrastructure projects involving Windows Server environments, server builds, migrations, and documentation, while coordinating with project services and operations teams.

The role emphasizes technical analysis, clear communication, and thorough documentation to ensure successful project delivery across enterprise IT environments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience with Windows servers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation abilities and attention to technical detail.
• Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security is a plus.
• MCSE certification is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, technical analysis, application mapping, and documentation.
• Work directly with Windows Server environments and provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Assist with infrastructure assessments and technical analysis to support project planning and execution.
• Contribute to application mapping and the documentation of infrastructure components, configurations, and project activities.
• Coordinate technical activities and follow-ups across project services, operations teams, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support infrastructure migration initiatives, including data center and server-related activities where applicable.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation throughout project delivery.
• Communicate technical information, project updates, issues, and requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
