Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years designing and implementing software or systems.
• Understanding of software design concepts and SDLC.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
• Ability to write and understand moderately complex database queries.
• Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and maintain comprehensive project artifacts.
• Interview stakeholders to uncover needs and objectives.
• Translate requirements into clear BA documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams through design, build, and implement.
• Develop test cases and participate in various testing activities.
• Mentor other analysts and support continuous process improvements.
