Job summary

Fisher Phillips, a leading labor and employment law firm, seeks two NBI Conflicts Analysts for fully remote work. One candidate will cover the West Coast and one the East Coast, ensuring support across time zones and business hours.

You will analyze conflicts results, manage intake, run conflict searches, and support matter-opening procedures in a fast-paced, collaborative team. Compensation reflects hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a law firm environment, preferably new business and conflicts.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently plan and coordinate work to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with good judgment.
• Experience interacting with attorneys and firm personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results.
• Manage intake requests from attorneys and others, delivering accurate, timely responses.
• Perform conflict searches to facilitate processing of change requests.
• Assist the department manager with the lateral conflicts check process.
• Review new matter requests for accuracy and adherence to policy.
• Ensure timely processing of new matter intake forms within Intapp.
• Communicate with lawyers and legal assistants about matter-opening procedures.
• Assist in firm technology projects involving new business intake.
• Other duties as assigned.
