Position Overview:

As a Studio Manager in Training, you will engage in a comprehensive development program specifically designed to prepare you for the potential advancement to a Studio Manager role within a brief timeframe, contingent upon performance and assessment over a period of 90 to 120 days. This role is active and front-facing, engaging with guests and leading by example to ensure an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

Leading a high-performing team to achieve top results, serving as a hands-on role model while providing continuous feedback.

Engage extensively with guests; this role is NOT confined to a desk.

Manage details, deliver exceptional service, and ensure compliance with SOPs/policies in a professional yet fun environment.

Participate in ongoing training and development activities to prepare for potential advancement.
