Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Myrtle Beach, SC is hiring a Residential HVAC Installer to install and service home heating and cooling systems, ensure safety, and deliver a top-notch customer experience.

You will work with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, using new tools and an iPad, follow codes, test performance, and train with the team.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience installing residential HVAC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling systems meeting high quality and safety standards.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Replace old systems with energy-efficient models and fabricate ductwork.
• Test system performance, verify airflow, and provide homeowner instructions.
• Maintain safety standards and coordinate with team for timely completion.

Responsibilities

• New company supplied iPad & access to integrated software
• You will install residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring all installations meet high quality, safety, and code standards while delivering an excellent customer experience
• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• Replace old or inefficient systems with new energy-efficient models
• Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and piping as required
• Test and verify system performance, airflow, and calibration
• Review completed installations with homeowners and provide system operation instructions
• Maintain compliance with building codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain organized tools, materials, and company vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER - HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
• EPA Certification
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
