FourPoint People is hiring an HVAC Installer to install, replace, and start up residential heating and cooling systems for the Nashville area. This on-site role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and cleanliness, with a strong focus on owning the work and communicating clearly with homeowners and the team.

Ideal candidates have residential HVAC installation experience, can read wiring diagrams, use standard tools and test equipment, and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including A/C, heat pumps, furnaces, and related equipment.
• Perform complete system replacements and new installations.
• Install and size ductwork, refrigerant lines, drain lines, wiring, thermostats, and components.
• Startup equipment and verify proper operation.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, company procedures, and codes.
• Diagnose and correct installation issues.
• Keep a clean, organized job site; protect customer home and belongings.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners; explain system operation.
• Complete installation paperwork accurately.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Follow all safety procedures and work with the team.

Schedule requirements:
