Job summary

Solstice Health, Inc. is building AI-powered software for life sciences teams to generate, refine, and review marketing content with confidence. As a Fullstack AI Engineer, you'll own backend services, APIs, agent orchestration, and customer-facing interfaces with a focus on Python and platform engineering.

You'll partner with product, design, Applied AI, and the engineering team to bring ideas to production, shaping architecture, tradeoffs, and scalable solutions that customers rely on daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, shipped production software.
• Deep expertise in Python and FastAPI.
• Strong fundamentals in data models, concurrency, and reliability.
• Experience turning AI concepts into usable software with tool calls and contexts.
• Ability to deliver across the stack in frontend and backend.
• Focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Ownership mindset with practical tradeoffs and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the agent platform using Python, FastAPI, and Redis.
• Design APIs for content creation, document processing, and integrations.
• Ensure long-running workflows recover from failures and run securely.
• Develop React/Next.js frontends to show progress and control.
• Observe systems with tracing, logs, metrics, and alerts.
• Collaborate with product and Applied AI to test and improve releases.
• Ship features end-to-end from ideation to production.
