Job summary

Solvd Inc. seeks a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI-enabled transformation practice. You will help win opportunities by shaping presales and discovery, and you will design, build and optimize agentic research flows for our customer-support platform.

You will work across frontend and backend, integrating OpenAI models, building MCP-based tools, and implementing RAG pipelines to ground AI in factual data. A strong focus on scalable, secure APIs and collaborative delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of server-side engineering experience in enterprise-scale software.
• 3+ years with TypeScript/Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• 9+ months of commercial experience building AI features using the OpenAI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered features including LLM integration and AI agents.
• Develop end-to-end non-AI features, services and business logic for a complete solution.
• Build and maintain MCP servers to expose domain data as AI tools.
• Implement RAG workflows grounding LLMs with embeddings and vector DBs.
• Tune OpenAI integrations for cost, latency, and accuracy in production.
• Collaborate with product/design/architecture to craft AI-driven UX.
• Participate in technical design reviews and set engineering standards.
