Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students for the 2026/2027 academic year in a full-time contract near Lancaster, CA. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to implement individualized treatment plans that foster communication growth.

Ideal candidates are passionate about education, adept at developing IEPs, and skilled in documentation and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience with K-12 students in a school context strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders.
• Develop and deliver IEPs in collaboration with teachers and families.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation on student progress and required compliance.
• Offer consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding classroom communication strategies.
• Facilitate student participation in general education settings and support inclusion.
