Soliant Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year in a high school setting near Lancaster, CA. This is a full-time, in-person contract position with compensation ranging from $60 to $75 per hour and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

Deliver therapy to high school students, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families to support student growth and success.

Qualifications

• Valid California SLP licensure or eligibility.
• CCC‑SLP or CFY status welcomed.
• Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting, ideally at the high school level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families.
• Ability to create and implement effective therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs.
• Commitment to supporting each student’s academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group speech therapy services to high school students.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders.
• Develop and maintain IEPs, tracking progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff for comprehensive student care.
• Participate in meetings and provide professional input as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Engage students in motivating, evidence-based therapy activities.
