ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students for the 2026/2027 academic year in a full-time contract near Lancaster, CA. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience with K-12 students in a school context strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders.
• Develop and deliver IEPs in collaboration with teachers and families.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation on student progress and required compliance.
• Offer consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding classroom communication strategies.
• Facilitate student participation in general education settings and support inclusion.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school context strongly valued
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
