This role serves as the central point of contact for all maintenance and service requests, ensuring work is efficiently coordinated from intake through completion.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, can problem solve in real-time, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and vendors. They will be eager to learn, display a growth mindset, and consistently display a positive approach.
The appointment will begin July 2026 and is a full-time position with full benefits. The compensation package will be very competitive nationally and commensurate with experience, degree attainment, and the national independent school and college markets.
