Job summary

Collaborative Support Programs of NJ Inc. (CSPNJ) in Neptune Township, NJ, is seeking a full-time Wellness Mentor to lead and support members and community in a peer-based wellness center.

Under the Wellness Center Manager, you will plan and maintain daily operations and provide guidance rooted in recovery and trauma-informed care. Candidates with CPRS/CRSP preferred; must have HS diploma; valid NJ driver’s license; and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma/GED.
• CRSP/CPRS or equivalent peer certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with basic computer skills (email, internet, documents).
• Knowledge of wellness, mental health system, community resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model peer support for members and community.
• Plan, implement, and maintain Wellness Center operations with the Manager and members.
• Provide information and referrals regarding wellness, recovery, and community services.
