Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings for a Warehouse Floor Technician in Colorado Springs. Shifts vary, with starting pay at $18.50/hour and options up to 17.50/hour during certain schedules.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operation instructions (english).
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.
• Use of janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies.
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app used for clocking in/out.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Follow safety guidelines and report needed repairs or hazards.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as assigned.
