Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside participants at on-campus and community-based job sites.
• Teach and model workplace skills, routines, and appropriate professional behavior.
• Help participants work toward vocational, social, and community-based goals.
• Build relationships with local employers and community partners.
• Transport participants to and from job sites using company-provided vehicles.
• Support ISP goals and provide feedback on participant progress.
• Complete daily documentation and communicate with program staff and case managers.
• Support participants using the principles of Daily Life Therapy.
