Job summary

House of Possibilities Inc. is seeking a full-time ASD Coach in North Easton, MA to provide in-community and on-campus support for adults with autism within the Coaching & College Navigation program.

The role focuses on promoting independence and helping individuals engage in community life and work, while growing the program beyond its current 60+ participants. The candidate will work independently to help clients meet personal goals.

Qualifications

• Masters in education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with developmental disabilities, including autism, preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient documentation and technology skills.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-community and on campus support for adults with autism in the Coaching & College Navigation program.
• Help grow the program currently serving 60+ individuals; work independently with individuals to meet personal goals.
