Job summary

House of Possibilities is seeking a full-time ASD Coach in Massachusetts (North Easton) to provide in-community and on-campus support for adults with autism within the Coaching & College Navigation program. The role involves working one-to-one to promote independence, grow the program serving 60+ individuals, and helping clients overcome barriers to participate in community life and work.

A masters in education, psychology, or related field is required, with preference for experience in

Qualifications

• Masters in education, psychology, or a related degree is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient technology skills to provide documentation and notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-community and on-campus support for adults with autism in the Coaching & College Navigation program.
• Grow the program currently serving 60+ individuals by working with each client to meet personal goals.
• Work independently with individuals to identify barriers and promote independence and real-life involvement.
• Maintain clear documentation and notes of progress using required systems.
