Job summary

Boston Higashi School in Randolph, MA is seeking a Full-Time Vocational Job Coach to help adults with autism develop meaningful vocational skills, confidence, independence, and daily routines.

This hands-on role involves working directly with participants on campus and in community-based sites, teaching workplace skills, coordinating with program staff, and supporting participants toward ISP goals while ensuring safety, transportation, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

We’re hiring a Full-Time Vocational Job Coach to join our adult program and help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder build meaningful vocational skills, confidence, independence, and daily routines.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building community connections, and making a meaningful difference each day.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:45 AM – 3:15 PM

Pay

$20.00–$26.00/hour, based on experience

As a Vocational Job Coach, you will:

• Work alongside participants at on-campus and community-based job sites
• Teach and model workplace skills, routines, and appropriate professional behavior
• Help participants work toward vocational, social, and community-based goals
• Build relationships with local employers and community partners
• Transport participants to and from job sites using company-provided vehicles
• Support Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals and provide feedback on participant progress
• Complete daily documentation and communicate with program staff and case managers
• Support participants using the principles of Daily Life Therapy®
