All About Animals Pet Clinic seeks a Veterinary Receptionist (Client Services Representative) who is highly organized, friendly, and detail oriented. You are the first contact for clients and their pets, helping ensure a smooth, welcoming experience and the heart of the clinic.

You will manage records, scheduling, billing, calls, and data entry, collaborating with the veterinary team to deliver excellent patient care in a woman-owned small business environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1 year of customer service or receptionist experience, preferably in veterinary/healthcare.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Proficiency with basic office software; experience with eZyVet a plus.

As the first point of contact for clients and the glue that holds everything together behind the scenes, you will be the heart and soul of our clinic.
