Qualifications

Capable of navigating computer operating systems and handling financial transactions.
Superb customer service skills with articulate communication.
Willingness to expand knowledge of veterinary field.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and answer telephone calls.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Place outbound follow-ups and contact prospective clients.
Explain and process fees, including payments.
Recommend and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
Educate clients on animal care and husbandry.
Maintain medical records, charts, and correspondence.
Ensure hospital cleanliness and proper waste handling.
Explain procedures and participate in ultrasound and dental services as applicable.
