Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Ticket Writer in Dallas to welcome guests, collect payments, and generate valet tickets using ticketing systems. This role supports efficient traffic flow and vehicle movement as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and cash handling skills, and strong customer service. On-site duties require flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining professional appearance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate vehicles (auto/manual transmissions preferred).
• Basic cash-handling and math skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, computers, or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Collect valet parking payments (cash and/or electronic payments) and accurately process transactions
• Record customer and vehicle information to generate and distribute valet tickets
• Answer guest questions regarding valet services, pricing, and retrieval process
• Monitor traffic flow at the valet entrance and coordinate with valet team to minimize wait times
• Move vehicles within the parking ramp as needed to relieve congestion or optimize space
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and balance cash drawer
• Communicate clearly with valet drivers and supervisors regarding vehicle locations and guest needs
• Ensure booth area remains clean, organized, and presentable
• Follow company safety, security, and customer service standards at all times
