Full-time, rotating 36-40 hour week schedule; prior medical office experience and ability to learn EMR required; benefits include medical, dental, vision and PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn electronic medical records software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors by name, guiding them through the registration process.
• Answer multi-line phones, handle filing, faxing, scanning, and patient callbacks.
• Check in and discharge patients; assist clinical staff and close the office at shift end.
• Collect insurance information, verify demographics, process payments, and post balances.
• Maintain a neat, professional work environment and adhere to health and safety procedures.
