Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise hourly staff and coordinate kitchen activities.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervise hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Store and handle food in designated areas per safety procedures.
• Ensure proper presentation, portions, and serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and workstations.
• Interact with customers to address complaints and relay feedback to supervisors.
• Explain daily menu items accurately to staff and customers.
• Monitor peak production and service hours.
• Track inventory and notify supervisor when supplies run low.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
