Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.

• Maintains proper food handling and serving temperatures.
• Ensures sanitation of equipment and workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints.
• Explains daily menu items to staff and customers.
• Monitors peak production and service hours.
• Tracks inventory and communicates shortages.
