Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Washington, IL. The role involves patrolling, maintaining a visible presence, and providing excellent customer service at a manufacturing and industrial location.

You will monitor access, respond to incidents, and complete logs while upholding safety and security procedures. EMT certification and a valid driver’s license are required, with a preference for computer/tablet comfort and prior customer service

Qualifications

EMT certification is required.
A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors per site procedures.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and parking areas.
Monitor access by checking credentials and documenting entries.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, clear communication.
Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.
