Qualifications

• EMT certification is required.
• Firefighting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, directing visitors, and reporting unauthorized activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms and coordinate with additional support as needed.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports and maintain professional presence.
