Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Emergency Medical Support Driver to protect personnel and property at a Peoria, IL site. The role leverages EMT and firefighting experience to respond to incidents, conduct patrols, monitor access, and provide exceptional customer service in a manufacturing environment.

You will work a full-time schedule with day and night shifts, using company tools to enhance safety and efficiency while following site procedures and safety rules.

Qualifications

• EMT certification is required and must be active.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by following security procedures and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report irregularities to leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and activities, communicating information to site leadership.
