Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for Emergency Readiness at a manufacturing and industrial site in Mossville, IL. You will provide security, customer service, and incident response while adhering to site policies and documenting activities.

EMT certification and firefighting experience are required. You must be at least 18 (21 for armed positions), hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

• EMT certification is required.
• Previous firefighting experience is required.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, directing visitors, documenting entries, and reporting unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation professionally.
