Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Bronx, NY. You will protect clients across Retail/Malls and Commercial Real Estate, performing vehicle patrols and maintaining a strong, welcoming presence to deter issues and serve customers.

This role requires a valid NYS Security Guard License and a valid driver’s license, with a focus on professional communication, teamwork, and adherence to Allied Universal’s caring culture.

Qualifications

• New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers and employees per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document events in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of common areas, retail spaces, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations to management.
• Maintain accurate logs and shift communications.
