Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, is hiring an Armed Patrol Security Officer in Bronx, NY. You will patrol sites, deter incidents, respond to emergencies, and maintain a professional presence to protect clients and assets.

This full-time role requires a NYS security guard license, a concealed carry permit, and at least six months of security experience. You will work a fixed shift schedule and receive competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Concealed carry weapons permit required.
• New York State Security Guard License required.
• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Minimum 6 months armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols around the business and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report suspicious conditions or incidents.
• Complete required reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate information to supervisors.
