Job summary

Hutchinson Regional Medical Center is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist II to perform comprehensive ultrasound studies across multiple modalities, supporting accurate diagnoses and high-quality imaging results.

The role requires RDMS and RVT credentials, an Associate degree in Ultrasound, and BLS certification. The candidate will work within Imaging, participate in on-call coverage, and contribute to a patient-centered care environment at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Ultrasound or related field.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credentials.
• Credentialed in at least one: Abdomen or OB/GYN.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound studies (abdomen, obstetrical, gynecological, pediatric, small parts and vascular) accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare reports for physician interpretation and ensure quality images.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care, comfort and safety.
• Assist with patient transportation and departmental on-call coverage.
