Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Route Patrol Driver in Jacksonville, FL. You will serve clients across government and other sectors, conducting patrols, monitoring access points, and delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where legally permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to port visitors, tenants, contractors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of port facilities, buildings, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
